الشروط والأحكام
يتمّ تقديم الطلب في مكتب الطباعة أو من خلال الاستمارة الإلكترونيّة على موقع الهيئة واستخراج رقم طلب استمارة تسجيل بدون طباعة الطلب ومن ثم التواصل مع أحد مراكز الخدمة التابعة للهيئة لإدراج الرقم في النظام كي يتم إعفاؤه من الغرامة في حال موافقته لأحد الشروط المذكورة آنفاً.
الوثائق المطلوبة
المواطنون ومواطنوأ دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي:
بالنسبة للمواطنين خلاصة القيد ودليل يدعم طلب المتعامل ورقم بطاقة الهوية أو رقم الطلب ومعلومات الاتصال وجواز السفر الأصلي ساري المفعول، أما بالنسبة لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون فالمطلوب دليل يدعم طلب المتعامل ورقم بطاقة الهوية أو رقم الطلب ومعلومات الاتصال وجواز السفر الأصلي ساري المفعول.
الوافدون والمقيمون:

Terms and Conditions
The application is submitted at the typing office or through the electronic form on the authority’s website and the registration form application number is extracted without printing the application, and then contact one of the authority’s service centers to include the number in the system in order to be exempted from the fine if it agrees to one of the aforementioned conditions

Nationals and citizens of the GCC countries:
For citizens, the family book, evidence supporting the customer's application, identity card number or application number, contact information, and the original valid passport. For citizens of the Cooperation Council countries, evidence supporting the customer's application, identity card number or application number, contact information, and the original valid passport are required.
Expats and residents:
Evidence supporting the customer's request
